Who We Are: Congregation


The Congregation Council of Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church provides general oversight of the life of the congregation including administration, worship, ministries and activities.

The Council consists of members of the congregation who are elected to ensure that everything is done in accordance with the Word of God and faith and practice of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

The voting membership of the council consists of the pastors and not more than twelve members of the congregation including the officers of the congregation.
